	You do not have to face hearing loss alone. Our Mission To provide support and education for people with all degrees of hearing loss and their families. The goal of the group is for members of all ages and degrees of hearing loss, along with their families, to learn about hearing loss and self-help practices.		Organization News When - Third Wednesday of the Month (may change at times so please look at date given) Where - Wakarusa Public Library, Conference Meeting Room, 124 North Elkhart Street, Wakarusa, Indiana 46573 Time - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Ed Schickel, Outreach Coordinator for Hearing Loss Association of Kentucky, will be presenting on "Effective Communication Rules". "Hearing loss is a communication disorder which affects both the listener, who is hard of hearing, and the speaker." (Sam Trychin, Ph.D.) It is not just my problem or your problem; it is our problem when hearing loss interferes with communication. This program is an introduction to a better means of interaction.
